I'm the author of more than 40 short stories and poems published in various literary journals, and I'm a querying novelist. I write in a lot of genres such as literary, cozy mystery, suspense, horror, and speculative. I'm also a first reader for Flash Fiction Online and The Fantastic Other. ✨

I've worked in quite a few roles for a tattoo parlor, non-profit, lawyer's office, stock brokers, appliance reseller, and comic book store before I landed in tech. Besides writing, I read and drink all the tea (usually black with milk). I enjoy gardening, horseback archery, and hosting mystery parties. I'm a first-generation American who grew up in sunny California before relocating to the grey Pacific Northwest. ​🌧️
